Nurse Manager - ICU
**Job Description​** **Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a Nurse Manager for their Intensive Care Unit!** + Monday - Friday position + Will oversee the Medical ICU and Critical Response Team + As a Nurse Manager you will serve as a critical care expert who is also a mentor/resource to our emergency response teams + Ability to promote collaboration between treatment teams Models the SLHS Leadership Competencies and core values including professionalism innovation adaptability independent judgment and solid decision making skills. Accountable for the development implementation and evaluation of the care provided on the patient care units consistent with the established strategic plan goals and objectives for Patient Centered Care. Works in collaboration with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement regarding practice policies and processes. Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge critical thinking and skills based on principles of psychological social physical and biological sciences that utilize the nursing processes. Drives employee engagement and retention. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to exceed customer expectations in a patient centered and healing environment. Maintains all clinical competencies if required due to size and structure of the unit and may occasionally be counted in staffing. **Job Requirements** Applicable Experience: 2 years Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Bachelor's Degree - Science in Nursing **Job Details** Full Time Day (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
