Job Summary

As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.

Essential Functions of the Role

\n\nYou'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.\nYou'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.\nAccountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.\nEmphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.\n\n

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursingHave a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this fieldAre licensed as Registered NursesMust already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
