Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals. **Essential Functions of the Role** + You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff. + You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing.
