Job Description
The RN Manager will perform a variety of clinical support tasks to assist providers in treating private patients in a busy Manhattan Pediatric office. The workload involves approximately 150 patients daily. The ideal candidate possesses a compassionate attitude and impeccable bedside manner, alongside the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage, train, and schedule support staff, including LPNs and MAs.Oversee operations at both locations.Perform phlebotomy, including heel and finger sticks.Conduct triage and provide patient care.Perform vitals and lab tests.Essential SkillsPediatric experience (1-3 years).RN management experience, ideally in a pediatric office.Phlebotomy experience.Experience with electronic health records and eClinicalWorks.NYS RN license.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work under stress.Experience in outpatient settings.Strong communication and organizational skills.Work Environment
The work environment is a very busy pediatric office located in Manhattan, handling about 150 patients per day. Shifts vary between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, and 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is required on a rotational basis with shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. The position offers 2 weeks of PTO, medical, dental benefits, 401K, and opportunities for overtime hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
