About the Role: + As part of our nationally recognized Nurse-Family Partnership program, you’ll form therapeutic, strengths-based relationships with expectant and new mothers, supporting them from early pregnancy until their child’s second birthday. Through regular home visits, you will: + Recognize and build on each family’s unique strengths. + Provide education, encouragement, and resources that help moms have healthier pregnancies and babies. + Empower parents to build strong, loving bonds with their children. + Guide families toward brighter futures through preventive, whole-family care. + Meet each mother where she is—with patience, compassion, and understanding—helping her feel seen, heard, and capable. + Collaborate with other professionals to connect families with community resources. Visit Schedule: + Prenatal: Weekly for the first 4 weeks, then every other week until birth. + Postpartum: Weekly for the first 6 weeks, then every other week until the child is 21 months. + Toddler Stage (21–24 months): Monthly visits. Minimum Qualifications: + Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse in Idaho as defined by Idaho Code 54-1408 or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code 54-1418, in one of the following compact states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin; + An Associate’s or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required for this position; + Valid Driver's License. Desirable Qualifications(these qualifications are not mandatory, however having these qualifications may increase your overall ranking). + Bilingual in Spanish and English; + Experience in maternal-child health (L&D, Postpartum, Pediatrics, and/or NICU).
