Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Nurse Educator to sit in Brookfield, WI for our customer who is a provider of RFID-based safety and security systems used across healthcare, senior living, education, and hospitality sectors. Their products all aim at enhancing patient, staff, and resident safety through real-time systems. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse with a passion for teaching, technology, and improving patient safety through hands-on training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person training sessions to clinical staff on the use of healthcare safety and security products.
• Customize educational content to meet the needs of each facility, including hospitals, long-term care centers, and behavioral health units.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams during product implementations.
• Provide post-installation support and follow-up education to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer success teams to align training with client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, feedback, and outcomes.
• Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and product updates.

Skills and Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in acute or long-term care settings.
• Prior experience in education, training, or clinical informatics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with healthcare technology systems (e.g., nurse call, wander management, infant protection).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills. null
