**Now Hiring: Nurse Coordinator (RN)** _Location: Palo Alto, CA_ _Schedule: Full Time_ _Contract (3 - 6 months with potential for extension)_ **Position: Nurse Coordinator** Are you an organized and compassionate RN looking to step into a pivotal coordination role? Our healthcare staffing agency is seeking a dedicated **Nurse Coordinator** to support our partner healthcare facilities by ensuring smooth, patient-centered care delivery— _without direct patient care responsibilities_ . **Position Overview:** The **Nurse Coordinator** plays a key role in managing the flow of patient care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services, schedule treatments, and ensure patients have access to the support they need throughout their care journey. **You won’t be providing hands-on care** —instead, you’ll help organize and connect the dots behind the scenes to support successful patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate care plans and treatment schedules across multiple departments. + Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams. + Ensure seamless communication and documentation throughout the care process. + Help patients navigate their care and access the necessary resources or services. + Support quality and efficiency in healthcare delivery. **Requirements:** + **Active RN License** (State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure) + **BLS Certification** (Basic Life Support) + Strong communication and organizational skills + Experience in care coordination or case management is a plus **Pay Details:** $85.00 to $95.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
