About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Advisor to support education and training across healthcare settings. In this role, you will provide high-quality education to healthcare prescribers, their teams, patients, and caregivers on the appropriate use of designated treatments within an assigned disease area, or support the delivery and reinforcement of clinical trial protocols.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for registered nurses early in their careers, as well as those seeking to expand their experience in education, clinical support, and mentoring.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Nurse Advisor, you will:Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers in line with programme objectivesWork in accordance with the standards and codes of practice set by relevant professional bodiesMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable local and national data protection requirementsImplement programme processes within potential healthcare sitesUnderstand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Communicate programme aims and objectives clearly to healthcare services and local stakeholdersProvide tailored patient training where requiredSupport and mentor less experienced Nurse AdvisorsComplete mandatory Adverse Event and Product Complaint training and report occurrences in line with required proceduresUphold country-specific Nursing and Midwifery codes of conduct at all times
 What We’re Looking ForEssential Experience & EducationRegistered Nurse with at least 1 year post-registration experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceTypically 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role

KnowledgeSound understanding of clinical principles, theories, and concepts relevant to the disease areaGeneral knowledge of healthcare services and national clinical systems

Skills & AbilitiesClinically competent within the relevant disease area (or willingness to develop competence with training)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectivelyConfident communicator with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationshipsAble to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team member
