Nuclear Sales Director Europe

We are looking for a Nuclear Sales Director based in Cernay, France, who will play a key role in developing the strategic relationships with our clients in the nuclear sector. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead sales channel including, developing overall channel strategy, conduct channel partner business reviews, run quarterly sales conference calls, sales forecasts and proposal activity + Run process for monthly orders forecast and annual budgeting processes + Manage sales team of 3 Key Account Managers + Lead negotiations of major projects and accounts which includes making technical and business presentations, writing proposals / bids + Develop and lead customer relationships and implement key account plans + Develop appropriate measures of customer satisfaction, track performance and implement changes to improve performance + Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customers **Who You Are:** You are a proactive problem solver who confidently addresses complex challenges and drives results.
