Nuclear Human Factors Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Technical Nuclear Human Factors Engineer to provide guidance on human performance capabilities and limitations in nuclear projects.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Human Factors Psychology, Applied Psychology, or equivalent technical discipline

Minimum 4 years of nuclear Human Factors experience

Knowledge of nuclear plant operations and regulatory processes

Experience with alarm system design, rationalization, and prioritization

Familiarity with NRC and INPO Operator Training Guidelines

Experience with NRC Regulatory Guide 0711 implementation and reviews

Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance on Nuclear Human Factors Engineering projects

Evaluate human factors design practices, principles, guidelines, and standards



Pay Details: $70.00 to $90.00 per hour
