The Nuclear Hardness and Survivability \(NH&S\) Analyst will be supporting the analysis of flight vehicles and their ability to withstand nuclear effects in the Strategic Missiles Business Line\. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program\. The position requires some existing knowledge is this area as well as a strong interest in additional on the job learning\. **Responsibilities** + Perform radiation hardening analysis for component \(WCCA, PBO, SGEMP, MCNP etc\.\) + Conduct shielding effectiveness analysis for enclosures + Develop testing and qualification plans for systems + Develop test procedures, oversee tests and write test reports + Summarize results and design application techniques during the above activities via presentations and design analysis reports\. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Science or related technical field + 5 years' experience with Nuclear Effects Analysis + Demonstrated capability/experience in the use of Microsoft Office products \(Word, Excel and PowerPoint\) to document analysis methodology and results\. + Excellent communication skills are required, as position requires the description/documentation of analysis techniques and results using a variety of tools \(PowerPoint, Word\) + Active security clearance required, eligibility for SAP clearance is required + Up to 10% of travel may be required\. \ * This role is open in multiple locations and at multiple levels\.
