Our Graduate Development Program - COMPASS is a Technical development program that helps new graduates advances into technical specialization and leader roles within ou diverse operation site at Porgera. Them program incorporates 'at the face ' work experience with a set of  NPL Technical Learning Objectives. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be Eligible, you must meet the below rerequirments; 

A GPA of 2.75 and aboveMust have ompleted final year of study in 2025, or a recent graduate within the last three (3) years Majoring in one of the following discipliness from the recognized tertiary institutions:

     

     *Mining Engineering 

     *Geology

     *Metallurgy

     *Mechanical Engineering 

    *Electrical Engineering 

     *Civil /Structural Engineeering

      *Accounting 

                 *Human Resources

                *Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
