NPI Project Training Specialist
Airswift is seeking a candidate for our manufacturing client in the Woodlands, TX area.  This is a 9-12 months+ W2 contract (full benefits, 401k matching). 

General Purpose of Job:                                                                                                                   
 
The NPI Project Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform and associated workflows across global business units. This role will ensure that end users, business process owners, and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the new system.
 
Prioritized Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute comprehensive training material aligned with the NPI project.
•Create training materials (presentations, guides, videos, FAQs) for 13 workflows including Raw Material, Bulk, Packaged, R&T Sample, Intermediate, PFR, Packaging, Extension, BOM Change, Tolling, and Deactivation.
•Conduct/Facilitate training sessions and multiple waves of end-user training.
•Collaborate with project managers, BPOs, and IT to ensure training content reflects system functionality and business processes.
•Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions globally.
•Track training completion and effectiveness using success metrics (e.g., adoption rate, error reduction).
•Support UAT and post-go-live hyper care by addressing user queries and reinforcing training.
 
Relevant Experience/Qualifications:
 
-Proven experience in training delivery for enterprise systems (preferably ServiceNow).
-Strong understanding of product lifecycle workflows and regulatory requirements.
-Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
-Ability to work cross-functionally and manage global stakeholder expectations.
-Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
