NPI Project Manager   Main Duties New product introduction in accordance with project, quality and business requirements, besides keep customer satisfaction Coordinate the project related daily work of cross functional team Continuous project plan update, project cost and time control Secure the suitable information flow among the project core team members  Weekly status report to the management Secure the suitable level project related KPI    Studies, skills, experiences Mechanical engineer or Electrical engineer degree Minimum 5 years experience in project management Minimum 2 years experience in electrical industry SMT process knowledge Experience in automotive industry Strong time planning and prioritization skills Project planning software knowledge (Smartsheet, MS project) Prominent team player and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written English knowledge Committed and open minded
