**Key Responsibilities** + **Bi-Diary Updates** : Ensure timely and accurate updates of production and engineering logs to support PSI. + **Weekly Updates:** Ensure timely and precise reporting of implementation changes and resolution of BOM discrepancies to effectively minimize Material Usage Variance (MUV). + **Standardization** : Develop and enforce standardized procedures aligned with lean principles. + **Process Optimization** : Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and minimize waste across the supply chain, including warehouse and production areas. + **Agile & Oracle System Management** : Act as the primary controller for Agile and Oracle platforms, ensuring data integrity and process alignment. + **Project Leadership – MUV Reduction** : Drive cross-functional projects aimed at reducing Material Usage Variance (MUV) in the role of NPI Coordinator. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Support interdepartmental tasks and initiatives as assigned by the manager. + **Innovation & Waste Minimization** : Introduce and implement innovative practices to reduce organizational and supply chain waste. + **Kanban** : Serve as the controller for DKK withdraw Kanban, overseeing order fulfillment materials from suppliers. (Planned for implementation in the near future) + **Implement standardized packaging practices:** Ensure sustainability by maintaining advance packing lists for finished goods and implementing cost-saving measures for warehouse box usage.
