**Overview** St. Luke’s currently seeks an advanced practitioner to join our comprehensive conservative spine management program in Meridian Idaho. The selected advanced practitioner will provide evidence-based care for those with acute back pain, neck pain and radicular pain. Our team works side by side multiple disciplinaries such as physiatrists, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, neuro-interventionalists, and pain management providers to provide the patient with wide-ranging spine care.
