What You’ll Do: + Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities in specialized programs. + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEPs. + Create a trauma-responsive, culturally affirming classroom environment. + Use data-driven strategies to support student growth and behavior. + Partner with families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure holistic support. ? What You’ll Need: + A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, EBD, ASD, DCD, or similar). + Tier 3 or Tier 4 (Preferred) + Open to OFPs or Tier 2 if enrolled in a program or willing to enroll in a teacher prep program + Experience working with students with emotional/behavioral needs is highly valued. + A commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative practices. + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. ??
