About the Role:Join our dedicated team at Assisting Hands - Deerfield, where we provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Lake Bluff, IL. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while enjoying a rewarding and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medications and monitor clients' health conditions as directed. Help with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean living environment. Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote an active lifestyle. Follow care plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
