Job Description: We’re hiring Residential Carpenters to join a team that specializes in high-quality home construction and remodeling throughout the Des Moines area. Whether you're framing a new build or adding the finishing touches to a custom kitchen, your craftsmanship will help bring homes to life.

What You’ll Be Working OnFrame walls, floors, and roofs for new residential buildsInstall doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elementsRead and interpret residential blueprints and layout plansCollaborate with project leads and other trades to keep timelines on trackMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What You Bring to the Table2+ years of residential carpentry experienceProficiency in framing, finishing work, and using hand/power toolsAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditionsA strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
