HIGH CONSIDERATION FOR EXPERIENCED RBT APPLICANTS RBT/Behavior Support Specialist Location: Allegan, MI Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year Salary: Competitive, based on experience, credentials, and specialized training - starting at $900 weekly pay Employment Type: W2 - 40 week contract Position Summary As a Behavior Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive school climate by supporting students with behavioral challenges and coaching staff in effective intervention strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with school leadership to implement school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) and Restorative Practices, while also providing direct, hands-on support to students and staff.
