**Location:** Norfolk, VA **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Type:** Full-Time Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a **Porter** to join our team and help maintain a spotless and welcoming office environment! **What You’ll Do:** + Keep offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces clean and sanitized + Empty trash and recycling bins; restock essential supplies + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to keep them safe and presentable + Wipe down surfaces, high-touch areas, and windows + Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors + Follow daily cleaning checklists and safety procedures + Represent the team with a professional and courteous attitude **What We’re Looking For:** + Previous janitorial or cleaning experience (preferred but not required) + Self-motivated and reliable with great time management skills + Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical/repetitive tasks + Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented **Why Join Us?** + Stable weekday schedule – **No nights or weekends!** + Friendly team environment + Opportunity to take pride in keeping an office clean, safe, and running smoothly Apply today and help create a space that employees and visitors feel good walking into every day! **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
