Responsibilities:

Manages ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) Principles to identify, categorize, prioritize, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.Monitors the integrity, security and availability of servers and systems.Maintains system documentationInteracts with users and customers, evaluates service availability of vendor products.Develops and implements policies and standards for monitoring Enterprise services.Provides advice and training to end-users.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.Develops and maintains monitoring dashboards, performs data analysis to provide requested data points and identify negative or positive trends.Ability to learn vendor specific administrative programming language.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of related professional experience requiredBachelor’s Degree – may substitute additional years of experienceExperience with monitoring, service support and incident escalation for customersMust possess and maintain a Secret clearance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

IAT Level 2 (Security+ CE) or higher preferred.ITIL v4 Certification.Network Troubleshooting and Incident Response experience.Service Desk experienceSolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) CertificationSplunk Administrator track Certification
