As an EVS Tech, you will maintain cleanliness and ensure the neat appearance of assigned areas while observing and reporting necessary repairs to equipment, furniture, and fixtures. You will be responsible for following department and hospital policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of cleanliness.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas.Observe and report the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures.Follow department and hospital policies and procedures.Utilize hand tools for basic repairs and upkeep.Perform tasks such as buffing, stippling, waxing, and cleaning.Essential Skills6 months of experience in buffing, stippling, waxing, and cleaning.Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.Strong attendance record.Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, nurses, doctors, and housekeeping team.Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to work with difficult individuals.Additional Skills & QualificationsDirect experience in hospitals is a plus.Reliability and consistent attendance are crucial.Ability to follow procedures and complete duties independently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work primarily independently in a hospital setting with a focus on self-starting tasks. Training is provided for 1-2 weeks, depending on task acquisition speed. Adhere to a dress code that requires tattoos to be covered, no facial piercings, and avoidance of heavy fragrances. This position operates on the 3rd shift from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.10 - $15.10/hr.
