We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator or Specialist to attract and hire the right talent for our Copenhagen office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience from a fast paced, results orientated environment who is passionate about recruiting for top talent. The position is a 100% allocation, with start date as soon as possible.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing Nordic recruiting team, consisting of eight passionate colleagues based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. In this role, you’ll support and manage recruitment processes and employer branding activities in the Nordics, ensuring smooth and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
As Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist, you'll play a vital role in attracting, nurturing and hiring the next generation of talented consultants from leading academic institutions. Your main responsibilities include:
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for Associate Consultants and interns, from application screening and interview day coordination to offer and closing
• Managing and coordinating Employer Branding events for recruiting — from planning and strategy to execution, applications, and candidate outreach
• Providing input to local recruiting strategy and executing activity plans together with consulting teams
• Serving as the main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with Nordic and local recruiting teams to share best practices and helping to drive continuous improvements
• Managing recruitment data, budget, and reporting

Qualifications and Experience
• BA/BSc or MSc degree in Business, HR or equivalent
• Experience in recruitment, event coordination or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
