As Profit manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of a robust profit management system, analyzing the overall combined Profitability, define and drive actions and programs to drive more profit contribution to the Enterprise, Public Sector & Midmarket Business across the Nordic Region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Baltic countries). You will be a key strategic advisor to the Nordic CFO and GM, shaping the financial trajectory of Lenovo’s business across the Nordics and Baltics. Success in this role is measured by profitability improvements, funding efficiency, and deal support effectiveness.

You will report to Nordic CFO supporting customers in Nordic region and will be supported by a centralized pricing team. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. Limited travel is required - to have a relationship with different people you will be working with.

Responsibilities:

Commercial & Financial Oversight
• Review and approve Public Sector, Large Enterprise, and Midmarket deals within your delegation level.
• Develop and present business cases for bids, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance.
• Advise the Nordic CFO and GM on complex EPS proposals and MEGA deals in Enterprise and Public Sector.

Profitability & Price Management
• Ensure due diligence in price setting by understanding opportunity context and influencing factors.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of top accounts to optimize configurations, pricing, and profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost commercial efficiency.

Funding Ownership
• Manage local large-deal funding, including allocation, consolidation, and tracking.
• Lead the consolidation of EMEA Business Unit funding for the region.
• Collaborate with alliance partners on funding agreements and track performance.

Sales & Strategy Support
• Support sales teams in shaping deal structures, pricing, and bid strategies in close cooperation with the bid manager.
• Act as a financial partner in large deal planning and execution, improving deal profitability and funding use.

Collaboration & Team Development
• Build strong relationships with regional leaders to gain insight into local business needs.
• Coach and support the Pricing team’s development and collaboration across functions.

Requirements:

have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, computer science, or a related field (required), and ideally a master’s degree within one of these fields. have around 4 years of experience in corporate finance, especially in pricing or profit management within IT products and services. have a background as a controller or analyst who’s ready to move closer to the business and deal-making side, or as a sales professional interested in deepening financial expertise. bring experience in IT sales—whether through end-user engagement or channel business—and enjoy shaping commercial strategies. are a natural communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. you’re highly proficient in Excel and other office tools, and you enjoy using data to drive smart, profitable decisions.
