You will play a key role in ensuring that we meet our customer needs while achieving our sales targets in the eCommerce channel, in line with our overall business goals. Working closely with both Sales & Marketing, you will develop long-term strategies to ensure success and profitability; creating annual commercial plans and activations; drive cross-functional projects to develop our eCommerce business strategy; and ultimately, own and recommend Product and Price for our presence in the eCommerce channel. As our new colleague, you will join our Nordic Market Development Organization (MDO) team for Purina, and report to our Nordic MDO Manager. This role is based at our Nordic headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your responsibilities will include: + **Channel Planning:** Develop and implement channel plans based on insights from shoppers and customers to maximize growth opportunities. + **Strategic Vision:** Define the strategic direction for our eCommerce channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + **Implementation Support:** Integrate channel strategies into commercial planning and continuously optimize for success. + **Market Insights:** Analyze the retail landscape to create innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. + **Collaboration:** Partner with sales and other departments to effectively engage customers and implement strategies. **The Courage to Be You:** At Nestlé Nordics, we encourage you to embrace your authenticity.
