Job Description
The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for health and safety, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additionally, the recruiter will perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role may require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. The recruiter will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. Leadership and direction of the work of others may be involved, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities

High volume recruiting experience.Experience with candidate offers and negotiations.Professional communication and business writing skills.Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).5-7 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a large scale or industrial setting.Experience with sourcing candidates.Knowledge in industrial engineering, workplace health and safety, or related fields.Experience in airline, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or retail environments.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, operating within a high volume, non-technical recruiting environment. The recruiter will work within a fast-paced, high-velocity team dedicated to delivering results and ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
