Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role also includes performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field is essential, along with the ability to plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.
Responsibilities
Recruit and interview potential candidates.Check references and make offers to new employees.Conduct orientation for new hires.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Lead and direct the work of others as necessary.Utilize creativity and latitude in performing a variety of tasks.Essential Skills
High volume recruiting experience.Experience with candidate offers and negotiations.Proficient in professional communications and business writing.Familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Experience in sourcing.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.Experience working with ATS is beneficial.Bias for action and results-oriented mindset.Bachelor's degree is required.5-7 years of relevant experience.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite. The role involves high volume, non-technical recruiting in a fast-paced, high-velocity team environment. The work schedule is typically from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime, weekend, or holiday work if necessary, but not expected. The recruiter can operate from either the Bellevue or Seattle offices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
