As a non-payroll service specialist, you will be working closely with Procurement and our ASML Business Services (ABS) organization. In this role, you will support the administration of contracts and services for our global external workforce, with a specific focus on second-line support for non-standard requests and exceptional cases. You will work closely with a dedicated internal team of three colleagues, and a group of six to eight professionals from our external service partner. Together, you will ensure smooth and consistent service delivery across all activities related to external workforce support.
In your non-payroll service specialist function, you will regularly assess current operations within your area and contribute to process improvements and innovation. These efforts will be closely aligned with the Global Process Owner, ensuring that opportunities for optimization are identified and effectively implemented. This is a specialist role in which you will have the opportunity to further develop and grow your expertise within a dynamic and international environment.
Role and responsibilities
You will be part of the Vendor Operations team within the ASML Business Services (ABS) organization, a shared services organization offering transactional services for Finance, HR&O, Sourcing & Procurement, IT, CRE, and Sales. The organization is supported by a centralized Capability Center, Master Data and Reporting Operations. Vendor Operations offers services for the Purchase to Pay processes. The services range from Contractor Accounts, Contract Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Providing Payments to our suppliers. As a non-payroll service specialist, you will be working closely with Procurement and ABS as a whole.
In this role, you will:
Provide second-line support to internal stakeholders, focused on non-standard support and exceptional casesExecute transactions related to external workforce administration efficiently and accurately, from creation to terminationCollaborate with internal colleagues and our external service partner to ensure smooth and consistent service deliverySupport and guide team members (external service partner) in daily operations and knowledge sharingEnsure customer satisfaction for external workers and ASML managersContribute to improvements on global levels, with attention to the end-to-end processWork closely with process experts, business process owners, and project teams
Education and experience Bachelor’s degree combined with approximately 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar positionFamiliarity with service delivery processes and cross-functional collaborationExperience working in a multinational organization, including cross-regional collaboration and participation in international projects is preferred Experience with LEAN or similar methodologies is a plus
