Efficiently manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles—spanning retail banking, corporate banking, insurance, compliance, risk, finance, operations, and front-end functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
Screen and assess profiles based on role requirements; conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers; facilitate smooth offer-to-onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline and database for rapid hiring needs.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify job requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of non-technical recruitment experience, specifically within BFSI, NBFC, or banking sectors.
Proficient with ATS platforms, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), and CRM tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
Excellent sourcing, networking abilities, and ability to work under tight timelines
