Position Statement

The Türkiye region within Hilton Supply Management is responsible for creating and managing strategic contracts for the provision of Non-F&D & Service to all managed properties and those franchise and third-party hotels signed to Hilton Supply Management agreements. Primary responsibilities will be overseeing the entire procurement process and HSM competitiveness, which will include the procurement of Non-F&D & Service categories within the Türkiye region.

Position Summary

To plan, organize, direct, and control the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all Non-Food & Services categories within the specified functional Area for Hilton.

Ensuring that technical equipment, engineering services, CAPEX, FF&E, MRO, Energy, Facility Management, and outsourced operational services are procured at the optimal total cost of ownership while adhering to Hilton standards, operational specifications, purchasing best practices, and global procurement policies.

Direct supervision and management of reports as detailed.

Working with and representing the Purchasing function with key stakeholders such as Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Development.

To provide functional and operational management to any corporate or cluster purchasing teams based in the area and to provide support as required to hotel-based purchasing resources across the area.

To ensure that all procurement tools (such as Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend) are implemented and maintained.

Provide effective management to the Non-F&D & Services Buyer (where applicable).Strategic Procurement & Business Operations 55%

Lead local and national tenders within Non-Food & Services categories, including technical projects and service agreements.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers at local and national levels.

Conduct price benchmarking and lifecycle cost analysis to ensure competitive positioning across M/L, franchised properties, and 3rd party hotels.

Maintain supplier data and pricing in procurement systems (e.g., Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend).

Ensure implementation and compliance with national, pan-European, and global agreements including MSAs and FSAs.

Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality.

Stay informed on relevant procurement laws, technical regulations, and compliance requirements.

Support the growth and implementation of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) initiatives where applicableOrganisational activities 20%

Report directly to National Procurement Manager (NPM)

Report on a monthly/or weekly basis to the NPM of current system status, project status, needs of the properties or concerns regarding the suppliers’ performance and products’ quality

Report contract negotiation results, tenders, savings capture, and cost avoidance in Coupa Smart Spend.

Act as the primary liaison between the regional procurement leadership and hotel operations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of procurement goals.

Address technical supply challenges and ensure timely resolution with suppliers.

Ensure to receive as much as possible information about local needs and issues.

Ensure maximum visibility of local technical requirements and operational risks.

Ensure follow-up of consistence item handling internally.

Communicate procurement updates, CAPEX frameworks, and service agreements through internal channels.

Foster strong relationships with hotel leadership, Engineering, Finance and Operations teamsStrategic Development & Compliance 20%

Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies across Non-Food & Services categories, ensuring alignment with brand standards, technical compliance, and ESG targets.

Provide strategic guidance to hotel and engineering teams on supplier selection, technical specifications, and cost optimization opportunities.

Regularly review and rationalize nominated suppliers across technical and service categories.

Be aware of and apply Hilton purchasing, financial and environmental policies, CSR and ESG activities.

Ensure hotel teams are informed about nominated suppliers, service standards, and compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders/personnel whether in person or via telephone.

Human Resources 5%

Provide effective leadership and development to the Non-F&D & Services Buyer (where applicable).

Motivate and guide team members to achieve high performance and professional development.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform supportive duties as assigned from time to time, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company or departmental objective.

Required Qualifications

Complete knowledge of F&D purchasing procedures and supply chain.

Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, CAPEX procurement, lifecycle costing, and contract governance.

Demonstrated competence to manage multiple priorities and complex technical projects in a hands-on capacity.

Proficiency in sourcing applications and MS Office Suite.

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu thereof.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Work attitude that exhibits flexibility, drive, good judgment, dependability and ambitions

Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly across the organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in procurement and supply chain management (minimum 8+ years) in a senior-level role within hospitality or multi-site environments.

Strong commercial and negotiation capability managing complex service and CAPEX contracts.

Functional knowledge of various global back-office systems (e.g. BSS, NAV, PSFT, Sun, Navision)

MS/MA/Master's Degree or experience in lieu thereof

Business fluency in Turkish and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus

International or national multi-site experience preferred.
