Job Title: Non-CDL Driver | Pay: $27+ Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Non-CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, maintaining adherence to all relevant regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and unload products safely while maintaining a route schedule.Receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery of goods to ensure timely service.Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.Accurately handle CODs and delivery manifests.Conduct vehicle inspections both pre- and post-delivery, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.Solve practical problems with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience.Possession of a medical examiner's certificate.Ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record within company policy limits.Capability to lift up to 75lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

OSHA certifications in Basic Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness are required.CDL preferred but not required.Hazmat training is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, balancing, and using arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials. Employees must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds and frequently up to 20 pounds. The work schedule is the 1st Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The environment emphasizes safety and compliance with all necessary protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.82 - $27.82/hr.
