What you'll do: Safely operate F550 Truck and/or Box Truck for local material deliveries to customers Conduct pre-inspections of the truck, load materials accurately, verify the load, and unload materials at the site safely Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely product delivery Adhere to safety policies and regulations consistently Communicate professionally and promptly with customers Inspect materials for condition and quantity before storing them in the warehouse Manage Pick Tickets during order loading, ensuring secondary verification Notifying Purchasing and Sales of unfilled orders or low inventory levels, and inform the Lead Warehouse Associate What you'll bring: Valid driver’s license in good standing Ability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the pre-hiring process Experience operating a forklift Prior experience in direct customer interaction Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and to handle various building products What you'll earn: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Annual safety shoe allowance Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
