Skills and Requirements 1. JavaScript mastery — closures, async/await, prototypes, idiomatic code  2. Problem-solving & self-starter behavior  3. React (or Angular/Vue with fast ramp)  4. Node.js (preferred for backend)  5. AWS literacy — console/IAM/logs/debug  6. API fundamentals — HTTP, status codes, pagination, auth CI/CD experience — owning deploys, rollbacks • DevOps exposure — Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Octopus, Rancher  • System flow modeling (not DB schema)  • Experience with automated deployments Typescript (minimal use ~2%)
