As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the critical link between our customers and the service department—ensuring every customer receives prompt, courteous, and accurate service from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and clearly understand their vehicle service needs
Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs
Communicate with technicians and relay updates to customers
Prioritize repair orders for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up on future maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred (Nissan experience a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-volume environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
