Job Summary: First-time mum is due on the 21st and is looking for experienced support shortly after the birth. She is planning a natural delivery and hopes to breastfeed, so would greatly value gentle, informed help in achieving this. The role involves working four nights per week, with flexibility around which nights. Your role will be to nurture, guide, and offer practical support — helping establish a positive routine, promote restful sleep, and build mum’s confidence in her new role.
Candidate Requirements: Kind, open, and highly experienced in newborn care, with a strong knowledge of breastfeeding support. A calm presence who offers reassurance, expert guidance, and works collaboratively with mum to build confidence and good habits from the start.
