The Nightlife Marketing Creative Specialist works with the marketing team, other nightlife departments and Wynn Resorts employees to task, design, produce and traffic digital and print-ready files, writes digital, print and production specifications and works with outside vendors to meet their creative needs for production and manufacturing to help the Marketing, VIP services, Customer Development and Operations team provide a memorable guest experience and increase business levels and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Assists with tasking and trafficking weekly artist and event artwork, venue monthly lineupsTraffics digital and print creatives to outside vendorsTasks and prints hotel print and venue print creativeWorks with Special Events team and Operations to concept, produce, and print collateralAssists with designing and gathering print files for merch and other invite-based itemsHelps concept and mock-up logo, décor, campaign, event, and artist creative for all eventsCommunicates directly with Wynn Creative Dept on behalf of nightlifeCommunicating in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsAppAssists the Creative Manager and Director of Marketing with tasksFlexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by managementAdhere to and enforce company specific safety policiesDeliver exceptional service to every coworker and vendor while interacting in a professional mannerQualificationsMust have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, or a college degree in a related Arts fieldMust be Mac literate and experienced in the use of Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator and PhotoshopRequires the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and have good communication and people skillsMust be organized, work well under pressure with tight deadlines, and have knowledge of the printing processes and terminologyDayclub or nightclub marketing experience preferredWeb design experience preferredKnowledge of sign, prop and/or event design and manufacturing preferredMaintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, andfriendly persona at all timesMust possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygieneMust be at least 21 years of ageAdditional InformationWynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
