Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $38/hour, DOELocation: Denver City, TXWork Schedule: 7/7 rotationAssignment Duration: 6-12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays, Company Vehicle Responsibilities Analyze well data during the night shift to identify trends and anomalies.  Ensure that wells are producing efficiently and that any potential problems are identified and addressed in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and maximizing productionResponsible for day-to-day operational activities, such as shut in or open wells, artificial lift maintenance, monitor chemical treatments, schedule, and monitor performance of rig less jobs (Swab, Slickline) etcDirect field based well failure activities; identify, validate, and react to well failures utilizing company SCADA systemOptimize artificial lift applications, including Rod pump, ESP, Jet Pump, and some Plunger Lift via SCADAPerform troubleshooting and diagnose downhole problems on wells via SCADA prior to moving the rig to the wellCoordinate resolution of problems with field techsIdentify and resolve production variances, and acknowledge, respond to, and initiate corrections/actions to process alarmsAttend and participate in well and pattern reviews, integrated solutions meetings and interact with engineeringDevelop and utilize analytics dashboardsPilot new technology and streamline operational processesMaintain event logs and downtime reports, updates system daily reports Qualifications 3-6 years of artificial lift or control room experience.
Knowledge of SCADA, upstream oil and gas operationsAbility to monitor multiple computer screens in a control room office environmentMust maintain a high level of alertness and be capable of quickly processing and reacting to incoming information from supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA)Ability to control accurately solve problemsAbility to establish and work well in a team atmosphere.  Self-Starter with ability to work independently and meet objectives of the job and the teamGood communication abilities (written and verbal)Strong Math Skills, strong Computer Skills, organizational skillsetProficiency in the use of and application of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)High School diploma or college degre
