We are looking for a part-time Night Supervisorto join our Front Office team As an integral part of the overnight operations, the Night Supervisor manages guest relations, supervises the daily audit, and sets the hotel up for a successful new day. This role also assists with safety and security of the Hotel.

THE ROLE

Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting are processed correctly and are recorded accurately

Complete and close cashiers, credit card reconciliation PM Master Accounts and finalise the audit

Compile review daily reports/logs and contingency lists.

Ensure hotel occupancy is maximized and that all guest accounts are accurate

Prepare menu items for guest food and beverage orders as needed

Maintain strong presence in the Hotel, conducting security walks and equipment checks

Provide exceptional customer service

THE PERSON

Excellent written and verbal communication

Commitment to providing high quality guest service

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Team player with an eye for detail

Front Office experience in busy five-star hotels is preferred but not essential

Previous experience with Opera is advantageous

Must have work rights in Australia

Manual drivers' license is highly desired

(Please note, this role works overnight shifts and must have flexibility to work weekends and public holidays where needed)
