Essential Job Duties:

Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe mannerUse order sheets to accurately select cases of productBuild pallets of product according to company standardsLoad trailers in a safe and organized mannerPerform cleaning and general housekeeping tasks each nightPerform Letdowns accurately in a timely mannerFill out all paperwork accurately and completelyAdhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standardsFollow all OSHA safety regulationsCommunicate inaccuracies with Leads and SupervisorsFollow all Empire Packing/Denver Processing policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaAbility to speak, read and write EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work 40+ hour work weeksAbility to work in 32⁰ and below environmentAbility to make quick and decisive decisions: good judgment and common sense requiredAttention to detailGood math skillsAbility to follow directionsDisplay strong work ethic and positive attitudeProfessional attitude and appearanceAbility to obtain a forklift and pallet jack licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and kneel repeatedly for long periods of time
