Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead and supervise night shift operations to ensure safe, efficient production of sand and gravel materials + Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime + Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards + Train and support team members to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement + Communicate effectively with day shift leadership to ensure operational continuity + **This is a Night Shift Role: 2PM-12AM Shift** **What Are We Looking For** + Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a production or industrial setting + Strong understanding of plant operations, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance + Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure + Clear and professional communication across all levels of the organization + Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence **Essential Experience and Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience + Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry + Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills + Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions + Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces **Work Environment** This role operates in an outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and loud noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
