This night-shift leadership role supports clinical operations and staff oversight, ensuring high-quality, holistic care for patients and families. Key Responsibilities: + Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff during night shifts + Ensure patient safety and adherence to care protocols + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs + Assist with staff development and training + Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance Note: This role does not include direct responsibility for hiring, firing, financials, or peer review.
