What You'll Be Doing

Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of quarry equipment and machinery

Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance

Support safe and efficient operation of crushers, conveyors, and mobile equipment

Participate in training programs to build mechanical knowledge and skills

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

Manual dexterity needed for handling tools and equipment

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods

Visual and auditory ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
