What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are metMonitor and optimize plant performance, identifying and resolving operational issuesCoordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistencyTrain and mentor production staff to build a high-performing teamSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated leadership in a production or industrial environmentStrong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipmentAbility to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutionsCommitment to safety, quality, and team developmentEffective communication and organizational skills

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
