About the Nights Receptionist role

As Nights Receptionist youare accountable for delivering a superior reception experience for our guests. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all timesChecking in/out of guests and complete night audit procedures as requiredAssisting guests with any queries they may have during their stayEnsure you assist and remain compliant with all elements of Fire Life SafetyAttend all training courses as requiredHave a great knowledge of World of Hyatt membership benefits and statuses

·To register guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest’s comfort and Hyatt standards (see task list).

·To register updated guest information into the system immediately and accurately.

·To file all Registration Cards and back up from other outlets in the filing tray before leaving your shift.

To charge all Virtual card payments during the night for next day arrivalTo insert wake up calls that are requested by guests and follow them upTo answer the phone in a professional matter and up to the Hyatt standardsTo maintain an accurate filling system

·To register guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest’s comfort and Hyatt standards (see task list).

-To register updated guest information into the system immediately and accurately.

-To file all Registration Cards and back up from other outlets in the filing tray before leaving your shift

·To print out breakfast reports for the FB team

About you

Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about customer service and motivated to change and grow.
