Join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry as a Night Multi-Skilled Operator I, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing well operations and enhancing production efficiency.

Role Overview

Well Operations Management: Oversee gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression. Control Board Operation: Manage control board operations and pipeline operations effectively. Maintenance Preparation: Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production. Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data. Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data collection requests. Compression Data Tracking: Track test compression data accurately. Fluid Level Measurement: Conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter.

Skills & Qualifications

Production Analysis: Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions. Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support as needed. Terminology Familiarity: Learn and apply relevant terminology and standard procedures. Basic Task Execution: Perform routine office/field tasks using established procedures.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience.
