Set to open in mid-2026, THE BARAI HUA HIN is a beachfront luxury resort featuring 98 rooms and suites that will become part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located along the serene Khao Takiab coastline. Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.
**Description**
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Night Manager will work closely with other management personnel in Rooms Division in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
**Qualifications:**
+ Thai Nationality with a diploma in Hospitality or Business Management
+ Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisory position in Front Office/ Guest Relations in luxury resort or urban city
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
+ Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
+ Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
