About the Role:
The Night Manager ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the resort during the night shift, maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role is key to supporting the overall Front Office function and acting as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise night operations across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Perform and oversee nightly financial audits and system reconciliation
Provide leadership and support to overnight staff, ensuring service consistency
Address guest requests and resolve issues with a calm and solution-focused approach
Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with brand and property standards
Coordinate with security, engineering, and housekeeping for operational needs during the night
Ensure the efficient use and reliability of PMS, POS, and audit systems

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Prior experience in a luxury resort environment is highly preferred
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and night audit tools
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and guest relations skills

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
