The Job Role

Shift pattern 7pm till 3:30pm or 9pm till 5:30amClean and keep tidy the restaurant(s), kitchen(s) and all food outlets within the hotelKeep storerooms clean and tidy at all timesEnsure hygiene and health and safety standards are met at all timesWork with the kitchen to provide excellent service to our Guests
