Classification: Full-Time

Schedule: Availability from 9p-7am required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly rate: $24.30 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Previous cleaning experienceAttention to detail and organization.Past hotel experience is a plus.The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

As a Night Kitchen Cleaner, you will be responsible for the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaserEnsure drains are properly cleaned and maintainedWash, degrease and scrub all floorsClean all exhaust hoods and removable ventsKeep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills, and fryers cleanThoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves.
